As a management consulting company we specialize in business idea
development, internationalization and strategic planning and
management. We co-operate interactively with our customers. We always
customize the project based on the customer´s special
requirements.
Our most important goal is to develop the operation as a self-learning
organization. Through teamwork we try to improve the company´s
skills to utilize their knowledge base and support the decision making
and strategy planning.
We work in many different industries and service sectors. We are
networking with different specialists when necessary (technical, ITC,
legal, taxation). Our customers are primarily Nordic companies
internationalizing, reorganizing for fast growth driven by strong R
& D. As examples we can mention 3i, Atria, Carema, Danisco, E.ON,
Fiskars, GE Healthcare, GS-Hydro, Oras, Polar Electro and Sanitec.
